Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment.
• Foundational level of problem solving, collaboration, detail-orientation and customer service.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities with loan structuring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions and processes for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepares detailed credit summaries and risk profiles; analyzes client financial performance.
• Supports negotiation of loan terms and structuring of loans.
• Monitors portfolio performance and ensures documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and builds client relationships with Relationship Manager.
