Gilbert Structural LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Commercial Credit Analyst to support our commercial lending teams. This role focuses on analyzing client financial data, underwriting credit requests, coordinating reviews, and monitoring risk to protect the bank’s assets.

You will prepare loan reviews and presentations, assist in the sales process with Relationship Managers, keep CRM up to date, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client financial data, such as financial statements and credit reports, to assess credit-worthiness.
• Prepare loan reviews/presentations and support credit policy adherence.
• Assist Relationship Managers and in the sales process; ensure CRM is up to date.
• Monitor credit risk and provide recommendations for action to account officers.
