Job summary

Infinitum Electric in Austin, TX, seeks a Corporate Counsel to own the full contract lifecycle and help build out the legal operations function within a growing manufacturing company.

You will draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, manage entity maintenance and regulatory filings, and provide practical legal guidance to internal partners while reporting to the General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant legal experience; mix of law firm and in-house preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, customer, IP, confidentiality).
• Familiarity with corporate entity maintenance and multi-state regulatory compliance.
• Experience with legal operations processes and tools (CLM, intake workflows, templates/playbooks).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong business judgment and ability to manage high volume independently.
• Detail-oriented and organized with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for contract requests, manage intake, triage, and prioritization.
• Draft, review, negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, engineering to translate business needs into terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle management and improve workflows.
• Maintain corporate entities and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Provide practical legal guidance to internal partners.
