Phoenix Tailings, a rapidly growing clean metals startup in Burlington, MA, seeks a Legal Counsel for Commercial Contracts to own the legal backbone of its commercial operations.

You will draft, review, and negotiate high‑volume commercial agreements; structure strategic partnerships; develop templates and playbooks to streamline deals; and support sales while identifying legal risks.

Formación

• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements (supply, offtake, services, vendor).
• Structure and negotiate strategic partnership agreements supporting technology deployment.
• Develop and standardize contract templates and playbooks to streamline execution.
• Support sales and BD teams in structuring deals and resolving contractual issues.
• Identify and resolve legal and commercial risks in customer and supplier agreements.
