Job summary

K&D Factory Service is hiring Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to service Pennsylvania customers from seven branches. The role requires 2+ years in the field and knowledge of gas, steam, electrical or mechanical systems.

Technicians diagnose and repair issues, document activities on a tablet, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service. On-call work with overtime pay is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical or mechanical systems.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer's training is a plus; driving record must meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

What You Need to Apply:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
