Job summary

K&D Factory Service seeks experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to join our Pennsylvania network. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial kitchen equipment across multiple branches, and provide excellent customer support while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and coordinating with internal teams.
• Ability to work on-call schedule ( Including overtime pay ).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
