Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Voyager, Armory, and Commercial Contracting initiatives.

The role focuses on the full spectrum of commercial agreements with domestic and international customers, including software and hardware licensing, and IP licensing terms. The candidate will join a fast‑growing team, handling negotiations, deal structuring, and collaboration with outside counsel, business partners, and regulatory stakeholders to propel commercial growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work on commercial contracting matters, preferably with a law firm or in‑house at a technology company, defense contractor, or international sales organization
• Solid understanding of commercial contracting processes; software licensing, hardware sales agreements, COTS product sales, and IP licensing terms
• Judgment and initiative to own multiple projects end‑to‑end, guiding deals or handling issues in defense or startup contexts
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute to the broader start‑up legal function across IP, litigation, finance, securities, compliance, and employment law
• Must be licensed to practice law in applicable location
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of Anduril's small, dynamic Legal Team.
• Drive commercial customer growth by executing new commercial contracts and growing existing ones; assist in strategy development for new commercial business.
• Manage relationships with commercial customers and procurement representatives; develop high-trust relationships.
• Provide legal counsel for the commercial sales lifecycle for Voyager and Armory products; oversee major proposals and negotiations.
• Support Armory platform contracts; structure and negotiate agreements for rapid ordering and deployment.
• Handle all legal aspects of the business, including license agreements, MSAs, distribution agreements, disputes and IP; liaise with outside counsel and regulators
