Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our on-site team in Washington, DC, Ashville, OH, or Lexington, MA to support Voyager, Armory, and Commercial Contracting initiatives.

You will oversee commercial agreements, advise on licensing terms, and partner with business units to drive commercial growth while navigating complex regulatory and export controls. This role requires strong judgment, ownership, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work on commercial contracting matters, preferably with a law firm or in‑house at a tech company or defense contractor.
• Understanding of commercial contracting processes; software licensing, hardware sales, and IP licensing terms.
• Ability to own multiple projects end‑to‑end and navigate complex deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn across IP, litigation, financing, compliance and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of Anduril's small, dynamic Legal Team.
• Drive commercial customer growth by negotiating new contracts and expanding existing ones.
• Manage relationships with customers and procurement; work with BD, Sales, and Product teams.
• Provide legal counsel for the commercial sales lifecycle for Voyager and Armory.
• Structure and negotiate licenses, MSAs, and distribution agreements; handle disputes and IP matters.
