Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Legal Counsel to support Frontier Systems, Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion business lines, with a focus on US government contracts. The role is based in Washington, DC or Costa Mesa, CA and partners with customers, outside counsel, and business teams to navigate procurement, data rights, and contract structures.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of acquisitions, license and services agreements, bid protests and IP issues,

Formación

• 4+ years of work on US Government contracts matters, preferably with a law firm or in-house at a government contractor
• Solid understanding of the government procurement process; contract vehicles, types, data rights issues
• Ability to own multiple projects end-to-end and guide teams through lifecycle of deals
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Be a key member of Anduril's small, dynamic Legal Team.
• Drive government contracts growth by supporting Business Development, Proposal, and Engineering teams.
• Manage relationships with procurement offices at Government agencies.
• Provide day-to-day management of the acquisitions lifecycle: proposals, large contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
• Handle license and services agreements, bid protests, litigation, IP, compliance, and employment matters.
