Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our on-site team in Washington, DC, Ashville, OH, or Lexington, MA to support Voyager, Armory, and Commercial Contracting initiatives. You will oversee commercial proposals, advise on IP licensing and terms, and structure deals with commercial entities to accelerate growth.

The role requires 4+ years in commercial contracting, strong communication, and a law license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work on commercial contracting matters in law firm or in-house settings.
• Solid understanding of software licensing, hardware sales, IP licensing terms.
• The ability to own multiple projects from end-to-end and handle legal issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice law in applicable location and U.S. Person status.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel for commercial proposals and transactions across Voyager, Armory, and Commercial Contracting.
• Advise on IP licensing and commercial terms; structure deals with commercial entities.
• Negotiate software/hardware licensing agreements and master services agreements.
• Partner with business teams, outside counsel, and regulators to support growth.
• Navigate export control requirements and regulatory considerations.
