Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel to join on-site in Washington, DC, Ashville, OH, or Lexington, MA to support Voyager, Armory, and Commercial Contracting initiatives. You will oversee commercial agreements, IP/licensing terms, and strategic deals with domestic and international customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience handling commercial contracting matters (firm or in-house).
Strong understanding of software/hardware licensing and IP licensing terms.
Ability to own multiple projects end-to-end and guide deal lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the Legal Team on-site in DC, Ashville, OH, or Lexington, MA.
Drive growth by negotiating and executing commercial contracts and licensing deals.
Provide legal counsel across the sales lifecycle for Voyager and Armory products.
Oversee major proposals, assess risks, and ensure best contracting practices.
Structure and negotiate licensing and services agreements for software/hardware.
Collaborate with outside counsel, vendors, engineers, and executives.
