Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning through handover. You will manage subcontractors, develop and maintain schedules, handle RFIs, uphold OSHA safety standards, and ensure compliance with project specs.

Proficiency with PROCORE and Viewpoint is highly desirable for renovations across hospitals, churches, retail and education sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects in hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• Hands-on experience with PROCORE and Viewpoint software.

Qualifications

• 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
• 2. Proven experience in managing construction projects and renovations in hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.
• 3. Strong knowledge of construction management and subcontractor management practices.
• 4. Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• 5. Hands-on experience with construction management software such as PROCORE and Viewpoint.
• 6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• 7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage.
