WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

- Job-site supervision of alterations to an existing 30,000 SF pre-engineered metal building.

- All work is subcontracted out already.

- This is a non-working, supervision-only position for the general contractor.

The majority of the work includes:

1. Removing and re-installing existing siding.
2. Welding structural framing components such as purlins, beams, channels, trusses, and angles to the underside of the building to reinforce the superstructure, supporting a new single-ply roofing system to be installed on top of the existing roof.
