WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

1. Supervision of alterations to an existing 30,000 SF pre-engineered metal building.
2. All work is subcontracted out; this is a supervision-only position for the general contractor.
3. The majority of the work involves removing existing siding and re-installing it.
4. Structural framing components such as purlins, beams, channels, trusses, and angles are to be welded to the underside of the building to reinforce the superstructure, supporting a new single-ply roofing system to be installed on top of the existing roof.
