THE POSITION: Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

The project superintendent is a key member of the project team responsible for managing the job site and overseeing one project at a time. The successful candidate should be physically able-bodied, willing to be on their feet, handle heavy deliveries, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks. A thorough knowledge of the construction process and scheduling is essential, as the superintendent is ultimately responsible for the timely delivery of the project. Strong plan reading skills are necessary to help subcontractors interpret plans, along with good communication skills to keep the project team informed. Familiarity with industry software such as Planswift, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, and Sage is a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring travel throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Colorado. We are open to training candidates with degrees in construction management, business administration, engineering, or those with an associate degree and some relevant experience.
