Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for commercial and public construction projects. You will lead all project phases, from preconstruction to closeout, while controlling budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

You’ll act as the primary client contact, ensure quality experiences, and coordinate procurement, contracts, and risk management. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in construction PM, familiarity with Design-Build/CMAR, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial/public construction.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public-sector projects and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to foster long-term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
