Unknown client in the United States seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout. You will own projects, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep momentum and quality high.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong scheduling, contract administration, and a proven ability to read drawings and specs.
A client we are representing is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, working directly with owners and project stakeholders, and managing the details necessary to successfully deliver commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial construction project management experience and is confident managing schedules, contracts, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and is best suited for someone who can take initiative, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
Our client is looking for more than someone who can simply manage paperwork. The right candidate will be a hands-on project leader who understands construction, takes ownership of their projects, and knows how to keep people, schedules, and budgets moving in the right direction.
You should be comfortable communicating with ownership and clients, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and making decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
If you're an experienced commercial construction PM who enjoys having responsibility and autonomy—and wants to be part of a team where your experience is valued—this could be an excellent opportunity.
