LeoForce is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in the K-12, higher education, and public sector arenas. This long-term contract role covers planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction efforts on schedule and within budget.

You will manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects and engineers, and lead teams and third-party contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience leading K-12, Higher Education and/or Public Sector Projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling and cost control.
• Hands-on experience in construction and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Job Details

This is a long-term contract position expected to last 12 - 18 months, with the potential for extension and/or permanent employment based on project needs. The role offers a strong benefits package and company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
• Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications.
• Managing and coordinating the efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
• Identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation plans, and managing project issues.
• Ensuring project legal documents are completed and signed.

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in construction and web technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project financials.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
