Job summary

Integrity Exterior Solutions in Lincoln, NE seeks a Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to develop accurate cost estimates and lead bids for commercial projects. You will read blueprints, coordinate with subcontractors, and build strong client relationships to win work.

The role combines estimation, sales, and project management with a focus on competitive bids, code compliance, and delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial estimator, construction sales rep, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to analyze drawings, takeoffs, and prepare bid packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure bids are competitive and complete.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
• Track leads, follow up, and drive revenue growth for the company.
