Insight Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to own the outcome of commercial building projects onsite in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will work closely with leadership, manage schedules, budgets and subcontractors, and drive proactive problem solving to deliver client-focused results.

The ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of direct PM experience in commercial construction and 4–5 years in estimating, with a proven ability to build lasting client

Qualifikationen

• At least 4–5 years of direct commercial building project management for a general contractor with personal responsibility for the complete project across multiple trades.
• Approximately 4–5 years of meaningful involvement in commercial estimating; understanding scopes, pricing and bid processes.

Aufgaben

• Own commercial building projects from planning and buyout through construction, closeout and lasting client relationships.
• Lead schedules, budgets, costs, subcontractors, trade coordination, quality and accountability across the full project.
• Drive execution—not simply monitor milestones—and proactively solve problems before they become client problems.
• Partner in estimating: review estimates, assemble scopes, solicit and compare subcontractor bids, and connect preconstruction decisions to field delivery.
• Build trust with clients and trade partners, including thoughtful follow-through after project completion.
