Competenze

Approximately 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a General Contractor.
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, subcontractor pricing, and estimating practices.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Experience with estimating software and digital construction tools is highly desirable.
Project management or preconstruction experience is a plus.

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1+ years. Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States. JobType: full-time. We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Construction Estimator to join a growing commercial construction organization and play a key role in strengthening its estimating and preconstruction capabilities. This is more than a traditional estimating position. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial estimating expertise along with a continuous-improvement mindset, helping modernize estimating processes, introduce new technologies, improve workflows, and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Requirements

Approximately 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a General Contractor.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience with construction estimating software and digital construction tools is highly desirable.
