You will manage labor, material, and subcontract costs, solicit vendor quotes, and prepare detailed proposals for commercial construction opportunities, with a path to project completion incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering precise cost estimates in the commercial general construction sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for vendor negotiations and internal collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, maintain rigorous organization, and meet strict bid deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting blue prints, structural engineering files, and contractual bid documents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings and project specifications to compile accurate material takeoffs.
• Calculate total projected costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Solicit and evaluate competitive vendor quotes to ensure optimal project cost-control.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field operations to align estimates with actual construction capabilities.
