You’ll collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure estimates reflect project scope and budget expectations, contributing to meaningful projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

This role focuses on developing precise, competitive estimates that reflect project scope, client requirements, and budget expectations. You'll be responsible for reviewing plans, performing detailed takeoffs, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and assembling complete bid packages.

You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure each estimate is accurate and aligned with the project strategy. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful commercial projects while growing within a stable, fast-moving construction environment.

Compensation: $140,000 per year
