Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East partners with a regional specialty contractor in east Pasco County to recruit a Commercial Construction Estimator. This full-time, day-shift role offers opportunities to work on accurate cost estimates, bid proposals, and collaborative project handoffs.

The estimator will read construction drawings and specs, analyze costs, and use project management tools to keep bids competitive.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction estimating experience required.
• Knowledge of CSI Divisions 8, 10, and 12 strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in estimating platforms such as Microsoft Project, Dodge, PlanHub, Building Connect, or similar.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and installation processes.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals covering materials, labor, and installation.

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday-Friday | Day shift
