This full-time, day-shift role offers opportunities to work on accurate cost estimates, bid proposals, and collaborative project handoffs.

The estimator will read construction drawings and specs, analyze costs, and use project management tools to keep bids competitive.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction estimating experience required.
• Knowledge of CSI Divisions 8, 10, and 12 strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in estimating platforms such as Microsoft Project, Dodge, PlanHub, Building Connect, or similar.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals covering materials, labor, and installation.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities to improve bid accuracy and competitiveness.
• Work with project management software to track and manage bids.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process.
