Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our growing construction client. In this role you will prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects, review drawings and specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs to support bids.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience, strong knowledge of construction means and methods, and proficiency with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or Sage Estimating. Office-based, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in office in a collaborative setting.
• Experience with mixed-use, retail, or office projects is a plus.
