Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial construction, strong organization and communication skills, and knowledge of PM processes. This role emphasizes teamwork and proactive collaboration on a growing backlog of projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience (APM or related role).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of construction documents and PM processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Manage submittals, RFIs, aia pay apps, and project documentation
• Support client communication and project reporting
• Track project costs and help maintain financial controls
• Coordinate with field staff to ensure quality and schedule goals are met
