HITT Contracting seeks a Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager for mission critical work in Falls Church, VA. The role involves obtaining, evaluating, and distributing information to keep projects on time, within budget, and to required quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 2-5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets for assigned projects and support schedule development.
• Assist in conducting project meetings, milestones, and owner reports.
• Create pre-construction RFP packages and manage RFIs/submittals.
• Process pay applications and negotiate subcontract changes.
• Coordinate with superintendents and site operations throughout the project life cycle.
