Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ground-up and/or tenant improvement experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Assist with procurement, material tracking, project meetings, and schedule updates.

• Help identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Maintain accurate project records and communicate updates to the project team.
