Formcraft Interiors Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Construction team on job sites and in the office. The role will assist Construction Project Managers and Preconstruction Project Managers, handling essential tasks to mitigate risk and grow profit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with project management software (Procore, Building Connected, Spectrum, Viewpoint).
• OSHA 30 Hour and CPR/First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand design and engineering drawings.
• Facilitate the permitting process.
• Manage project submittals and coordinate reviews for on‑time turnarounds.
• Assist with project procurement and expedite orders.
• Handle RFIs and conduct field visits and surveys.
• Assist with closeout and assembly of closeout documents.
• Develop and document department procedures and processes.
• Record meeting materials and support departmental meetings.
• Learn Formcraft processes to progress toward a Project Manager role.
