Job summary

Truist is seeking a CCS-TL to lead and train a team of Commercial Client Specialists, provide sales and service support to Relationship Managers, and ensure accurate CRM and reporting across the Commercial Community Bank segment in New Jersey. The role includes leadership responsibilities, recruiting, training, and performance management within a regional framework.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of CCS or related experience.
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of bank services and Financial Services Industry.
• Ability to supervise and lead.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCSs and provide sales support to Relationship Managers and IRM partners.
• Provide superior client service and manage servicing of Commercial loans, deposits and fee services.
• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management and reporting.
