Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in San Antonio seeks a Commercial Client Specialist II to support Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders in managing portfolios from $2M–$500MM.

You will handle pipeline tasks, onboarding, treasury services, and reporting while ensuring high‑quality client experience and compliance with regulations. This is a full‑time, on-site position located in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of related experience in financial services preferred.
• Two years in a CCS role or similar experience.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers and Credit staff for Commercial client portfolios.
• Assist in pipeline accuracy, call prep, onboarding deposits and treasury services.
• Support portfolio management and client data accuracy across CRM and reporting tools.
• Deliver superior client service and resolve client needs timely.
• Assist in loan processing, repayments, and documentation as needed.
