Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and custodial duties at client sites. The role requires flexibility across shifts, adherence to safety procedures, and a teamwork mindset.

The position offers full-time and part-time openings with a pay rate of $13.26 per hour and weekly pay. Candidates with a high school diploma or six months of janitorial experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or six months of janitorial experience.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential.
On-the-job training will be provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Follow procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly; use compactors as needed.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
Spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet extractions and shampooing.
Restock paper products and sanitary supplies.
Follow the established housekeeping schedule.
Operate heavy cleaning equipment when required and per scope of work.
Perform other duties as assigned by client needs.
