Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside a building or multiple client sites. This role is flexible to adapt duties per client specifications and offers part-time hours with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, trash disposal, and following safety procedures; prior janitorial experience or on-the-job training is welcome, with emphasis on attention to detail and following instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming).
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal; use of equipment as needed.
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet care as required.
• Replenish paper products and supplies; adhere to housekeeping schedule.
