• Manages an inventory of moderate to high complexity commercial claims per company protocols.
• Provides exceptional customer service by updating insureds and claimants promptly.
• Verifies coverage and establishes reserves by reviewing policy language and collaborating with counsel.
• Conducts focused investigations to determine compensability and damages.
• Mentors less experienced claim professionals when needed.
