Formación

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience handling commercial insurance claims.
• Texas Claim Adjuster license preferred; must obtain within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing communication to stakeholders through the life of the claim.
• Conduct thorough investigation of coverage, liability and damages with documented evidence.
• Review and analyze supporting damage documentation.
• Stay abreast of statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Establish appropriate loss and expense reserves with rationale.
• Demonstrate efficiency by executing best claim handling practices.
