Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of duties to handle low complexity commercial claims after formal training.
• Verifies coverage, gathers information, and maintains documentation.
• Interacts with insureds, claimants and partners to provide updates and ensure service quality.
• Assesses liability and reserves the claim according to protocols.
• Collaborates with internal and external resources to settle claims.
• With supervision, authorizes disbursements within authority limits.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
