Royal Canin USA Inc in Chicago seeks a seasoned Change Management professional to partner with the Commercial team across integration workstreams, assessing change impact and readiness, and delivering adoption of new ways of working. You will design communications, engage leaders, and gather associate feedback while supporting large-scale transformation programs.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are required, with cross-functional collaboration and global team exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, communications, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional change initiatives.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
• Experience developing and delivering communications for associates and leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Integration Change Management: serve as the dedicated change management partner for the Commercial team across ~40 integration workstreams, assessing change impact and driving adoption of new ways of working, tools, and org structures.
• Change Impact Assessment & Readiness Planning: lead assessment of change impact, identify affected populations, and maintain a consolidated readiness view for timely intervention.
• Commercial Communications Strategy & Execution: design and execute communications for the Commercial organization during integration, ensuring timely, clear messaging and a coordinated calendar.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Support: prepare for L3/L4 sessions, town halls, and forums; develop talking points and presentation materials.
• Associate Experience & Feedback Loops: design mechanisms to gather feedback and surface concerns to project leads and leadership.
