Job summary

Foothills Bank is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Commercial/Small Business Card products in Billings, Montana. The successful candidate will manage a team, develop operational policies to enhance efficiency, coordinate vendor partnerships, and address regulatory risks. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of operational banking experience are required, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of general operational banking experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial/small business card industry.
• Advanced experience in operations, including project management, compliance or business analysis.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and lead operations for Commercial/Small Business Card products.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate complex operational issues and customer escalations.
• Manage key vendor partnerships.
• Identify and manage credit, fraud, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure knowledge of regulatory environment for compliance.
• Build relationships with Division and Holding Company partners.
• Work with technology vendors to enforce SLAs and resolve issues.
• Ensure key risk indicators stay within acceptable levels.
• Provide SME advice, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Build, select, coach, and manage the operations team.
