Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Credit Card Sales Account Manager to support growth of our largest commercial card clients. You will analyze spend patterns, identify future opportunities, assist in vendor matching, and expand card usage in client payables with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes understanding client spend behavior, driving adoption, and influencing product roadmap and processes for continuous improvement within a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1+ year related experience or training.
• Experience in the financial industry, sales capacity, or TM support.
• Credit training program or branch/sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute plans for assigned card portfolios including new and existing program development and campaigns.
• Monitor client spend behavior, identify card spend opportunities, and benchmark against peers.
• Track and report key performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns and service offerings to drive acquisition and card payables adoption.
• Contribute to card product roadmap and long-term strategies for commercial credit card products.
• Support implementation and operations teams to optimize processes and drive improvements.
• Enhance the commercial card program value proposition based on client feedback.
