Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst for its 2027 Commercial Banking Development Program in Phoenix, AZ. You will spread and evaluate financial data, develop credit studies for officers and executives, and prepare credit reports as part of the Specialized Mortgage Services team.

You will collaborate with multiple bank groups to structure treasury products and loans, while ensuring compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with an Accounting background

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Accounting course completed; GPA 3.0+ desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Spread, manage and maintain financial background information on customers and develop credit studies.
• Prepare credit department reports and loan packages for new or restructured loans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Bank groups to support treasury and loan activities.
• Monitor loan disbursements and ensure regulatory compliance.
