Western Alliance Bank is seeking a 2027 Commercial Banking Development Program – Credit Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. You will spread, analyze and maintain financial data to support loan decisions, and develop credit studies for Loan Officers and Chief Credit Officer.

You will review client financials, produce in-depth risk reports, and collaborate with bank groups to execute treasury management products and generate loan packages for new and restructured loans.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• An interest in working in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• As Credit Analyst, spread, manage and maintain financial background information on present and prospective customers and develop credit studies for Loan Officers and Senior Management.
• Prepare in-depth reports and plans of action based on qualitative and quantitative research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute treasury products, prepare loan packages and support bank operations.
