Job summary

Spectrum Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to preserve operation and safety of commercial building systems at a Washington, DC site. The role includes servicing water heaters, pumps, generators, HVAC, and related equipment with routine inspections and timely service calls.

Requirements include a GED, 3+ years in facility operations, CMMS/BAS experience, CFC certification, OSHA 10, and the ability to read plans and troubleshoot problems. Monday–Friday shift.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3+ years of commercial facility operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience operating, maintaining, or repairing commercial building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing).
• Experience reading plans/blueprints.
• Experience with CMMS/BAS systems.
• CFC Certification required.
• OSHA 10 required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial building systems (water heaters, pumps, generators, HVAC, and related equipment).
• Perform general maintenance tasks including minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and use testing instruments.
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to service calls promptly.
• Provide courteous service to occupants and manage supplies as needed.
