Job summary

Complete Building Services, a division of The Donohoe Companies, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for a large government site in the Washington, DC area. You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, air handlers, pumps, and related systems.

Hours are Monday–Friday, with shift options; salary is $34.00 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates have 3 years of experience, a Universal CFC License, strong knowledge of building systems, reliability, teamwork, and a safety-conscious

The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on air handlers, pumps, AC equipment, heating equipment, air compressor, and exhaust fans within a large facility in the Washington, DC area. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must be flexible.

Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is adding an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Washington,DC. You will be supporting a large government site. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 to 3:30 pm. The salary is $34.00 per hour based on experience.
