City Wide Facility Solutions - San Antonio is seeking a Sales Leader to head the Commercial Building Solutions division. You will drive sales activity, build a strong team, and oversee projects with close client coordination on site.

The role requires 3+ years in sales leadership within B2B environments, strong communication, and ability to travel locally. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of sales and management leadership, preferably in facility services, construction or related B2B industries.
• Proven B2B sales experience and ability to lead a team. Achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Strong understanding of commercial building services, project coordination, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow the CBS division by driving sales activity and team development.
• Manage day-to-day departmental operations, revenue, profitability and client relationships.
• Oversee projects, contractor coordination and CRM activity.
• Maintain staffing levels and support growth strategy with the Director of Sales.
• Foster cross-selling opportunities across 20+ services and drive customer satisfaction.
