Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprentice or trade school preferred.
• Journeyman license and universal technician certification for CFCs preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Proficiency with CMMS for work orders and maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks for building systems.
• Maintain heating equipment, DX units, rooftop units, and air distribution.
• Inspect and repair life safety equipment and emergency systems.
• Document activities and respond to emergencies per safety rules.
• Coordinate with property management and supervisors as needed.
