Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Boiler Service Technician to perform servicing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of heating and cooling equipment for commercial/industrial customers.

Candidates should have 3+ years boiler experience, 4+ years HVAC, ability to read blueprints, and be willing to travel to multiple job sites. Final compensation will reflect experience and licensure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of boiler cleaning/servicing in commercial/industrial settings.
• 4+ years HVAC experience in related environments.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical control systems.
• Familiarity with fuel oil, natural gas, and propane.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Service boilers and equipment for commercial/industrial customers.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, maintain or modify heating systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and on-site surveys.
• Coordinate on-site work and document all activities.
• Adhere to company policies and safety requirements.
