Addison Group is seeking a Commercial Billing Specialist for an in-office role in Denver, CO. The position offers an annual salary of $52,000-$62,000 DOE and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

You will maintain customer records, set up contracts in the financial system, produce monthly invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B billing experience
• Associate's degree in Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records, billing details, and project budgets for assigned accounts.
• Set up and manage contracts within the company’s financial system to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly invoices based on customer-provided data.
• Compile and summarize supplemental billing documentation to meet specific customer requirements.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, account balances, and billing concerns.
• Perform billing, reporting, and reconciliation activities in accordance with monthly close deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account-related issues.
• Support ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
