Addison Group in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a Billing Specialist for a hybrid role. You will generate invoices, manage account statements, and ensure timely billing across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing experience, preferably dealing with contract billing.
• Experience with large ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer account setup
• Manage Prevailing Wage intents
• Review QuickBase and true-up forecasts and close activities
• Request COIs
• Generate and deliver customer invoices and account statements
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure costs are captured and billed timely
• Ensure accurate recording and collection of sales tax across jurisdictions
• Respond to and resolve customer billing issues
• Follow up on and collect outstanding customer balances
• Reconcile AR ledger and assist in preparing detailed AR status
• Maintain customer accounts, files and records including portals
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers
• Route calls with white-glove communication
• Other duties as assigned

• Follow up on and collect outstanding customer balances
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and assist in preparing detailed accounts receivable status
• Helps maintain customer accounts, files and records, including various customer portals
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers
• Route internal and external calls with providing a white glove communication experience
