Job summary

Select Development Group (SDG) in Naples, FL, seeks a Project Coordinator to support preconstruction and commercial estimating. You will manage bid invitations, track responses, and coordinate with trade partners to ensure timely submissions.

With 2–4 years in construction or project administration, you will assist the estimator, organize documents in Buildertrend, and help maintain a smooth bid process from inquiry to award.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a construction, estimating, or project administration support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable following up with trade partners.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple bid packages and deadlines.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Distribute bid invitations to qualified trade partners and confirm scope/approved subcontractor list.
• Track bid receipts and follow up to confirm participation and timely submissions.
• Enter, upload, and submit bids on electronic platforms (BuildingConnected, PlanHub, etc.).
• Maintain bid tracking log reflecting current status, coverage, and gaps.
• Assist Commercial Estimator with bid leveling and compiling subcontractor quotes for review and award.
